Lavanya SinghChief Executive Officer
Lavanya Singh is a junior at Mission San Jose High School in Fremont, California. She is a nationally ranked Lincoln Douglas debater and the captain of her school's Lincoln-Douglas debate team. She serves a teen advisor for Girl Up, a United Nations Foundation Campaign dedicated to fighting gender inequality in developing countries. She discovered her passion for computer science after teaching herself how to code and enjoys tinkering with Java in her free time.
Emily ChangChief Technical Officer
Emily Chang is an accomplished and active junior at Mission San Jose High school. Emily has been dancing since she was six years old and is now a nationally ranked competitive dancer. She has taken AP Physics and has participated in the National Physics Olympiad. Not only is she the president and vice president of two clubs, but she is also the team captain of her dance team. With hundreds of service hours, Emily has made her passion for helping others clear and she is delighted to be part of Tech Girls.

Michael VienMichael is a junior at Mission San Jose High School. He has taken several advanced courses in mathematics and physics. He has extensive knowledge in calculus and competition math and has qualified for the American Invitational Mathematics Examination (AIME) for the past two years. Michael has qualified and medalled in the USA Physics Olympiad, placing in the top 260 students in the nation.
Akhila VemuriAkhila is a junior at Mission San Jose High School. She has been playing basketball for seven years. She has played on AAU teams, as well as her school's varsity basketball team.
